Processing times
When an order for one of our custom pieces is placed, the following processing times apply:
Mockup (2-4 days): you can expect an email with the design within 2 to 4 days. You can take you time to review it and ask for as many revisions as you want until you're 100% satisfied with the art work.
Production (2-4 business days): with your approval, we'll start the embroidering process which will take from 2 to 3 business days. We can't rush perfection!
Shipping (3-6 business days): as soon as your order is ready it will be carefully prepared for shipping. The estimated delivery timing are 3-6 business days.

After you place your order our team immediately begins crafting your custom hand-made design.
In 2 to 4 days, your art is ready for approval. Enjoy unlimited revisions for free – it's all about getting it just right.
Upon your approval, production takes 2 to 3 days for meticulous attention to detail and the best results.
Then your custom order is carefully packed for shipping. It normally takes 1 to 7 days for the package to arrive. Please check our shipping policies for detailed delivery timings.

This custom hoodie just makes me happy. The quality of the hoodie is really good, nice and thick enough for me. I love that all 4 of my children fit on the hoodie. The stitch was very well done. I appreciate the review process before stitching begins. I even had the option to change the stitch color. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy my hoodie.
Easy company to work with. They sent me a preview of my hoody. I wanted two changes, they fixed both - sent new preview. I had the customized hoody delivered with 10 days. Ordered a second sweatshirt.

These shirts came out AMAZING! We ordered a hoodie of my son during one of his basketball games and the design looked great. My wife and I love the look and can't wait to rock it during his basketball season. After we ordered that hoodie, I asked about a design that would be a little out of the ordinary for what Prydz usually does. My son created his own character for his YouTube channel. I asked if it was possible to put his character on a shirt with more detail than the traditional outline they use on their gear. Isa & her team came through like the rockstars that they are! The shirts came out better than I could've asked for and my son loves it too. The stitching is amazing and should last a long time. We've had shirts made before and with the screen print, the designs start to wear off after washing the shirt so many times. This stitching looks like it will be durable and hold up well over time. The detail of the character is impeccable and they even added the text under the design on the front of the shirt. The effort Isa and her team put in is greatly appreciated. Isa was unbelievable in how prompt she was with her responses to my emails and her attention to detail with the character. These shirts came out amazing and I truly appreciate the effort Isa and her entire Prydz team put in on them. Can't wait to show off their amazing work when we wear them!
