Refund policy
Please be aware that due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as all orders are tailored specifically to your preferences. If you have any inquiries or notice any errors regarding your order, please feel free to reach out to us directly at hello@yourprydz.com.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:
As our artists begin work on your order immediately upon placement, we cannot issue a full refund even if production has not commenced.
- In the event that you require a refund, we can offer a partial refund with a deduction of $35 (the cost of the digital design) from the total refund amount, as work has already commenced.
- Please note that "First in Line" orders are non-refundable.
- Once an order has entered production, refunds are not possible.
- Should you wish to commission a new design from a different photo before production begins, a charge of $15 per new photo will apply, as we will be starting a new drawing from scratch.
Damaged Products:
- For any products received in damaged condition, we will promptly send a replacement without any need for questions. To qualify for a replacement, simply provide photos of the damaged parts. Please note that our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of product delivery.
- If 30 days have elapsed since delivery, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange, even in the case of damaged products.
Haven't Received Emails After Purchase?
- Please ensure that the email address provided during the order placement process is accurate and valid, enabling you to receive the design preview for approval prior to production.
- If you have not received any emails within 7 business days of purchase, kindly check your spam folder.
- If you still have not received any communication after 2 business days, it is possible that our emails are not being delivered, in which case, please reach out to us using an alternative email address.
Additional Information:
- We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and assume no liability, except for notifying you of any known delays, for products delivered after the estimated delivery date.
- The delivery times listed on our website are approximate, and while most deliveries occur within this timeframe, some may take longer or arrive sooner.
- We offer online proofing and unlimited free revisions prior to shipping.
