FABRIC:
Your new favorite unisex hoodie and sweatshirt for ultimate comfort. Our fabric blend offers lasting softness and warmth, with a crease-free design and air-jet spun yarn for a smooth feel.
50% cotton, 50% polyester
EMBROIDERY:
Embroidery will be made with satin stitch for most designs. For fine details we'll use a run stitch technique.
Design max. size for center chest is 10x6 inches (width x height)
Design max. size for left chest is 4x4 inches (width x height)
Processing times
Mockup (2-4 days): you can expect an email with the design within 2 to 4 days. You can take you time to review it and ask for as many revisions as you want until you're 100% satisfied with the art work.
Production (2-3 business days): with your approval, we'll start the embroidering process which will take from 2 to 3 business days. We can't rush perfection!
Shipping (3-6 business days): as soon as your order is ready it will be carefully prepared for shipping. The estimated delivery timing are 3-6 business days.

2. Perfect the Design:
Our skilled artists will create your design and send you a preview in just 2–4 business days. With unlimited revisions do the photos you upload, we’ll tweak every detail until it’s exactly how you want it.
3. Receive Your Masterpiece:
Once approved, we’ll embroider your custom design and have it ready to ship. Your one-of-a-kind piece will be on its way to you soon!

→ What's the expected processing time?
After you place your order our team immediately begins crafting your custom hand-made design.
In 2 to 4 days, your art is ready for approval. Enjoy unlimited revisions for free – it's all about getting it just right.
Upon your approval, production takes 2 to 3 days for meticulous attention to detail and the best results.
Then your custom order is carefully packed for shipping. It normally takes 1 to 7 days for the package to arrive. Please check our shipping policies for detailed delivery timings.
→ Can I see the design before placing the order?
Our designs are handmade from your photos, making each one unique, so we can’t provide previews before you order.
After you place your order, our artists will create your custom design and send it to you for approval. You’ll have unlimited free revisions to the design created from the photo(s) included with your order, so you can request any adjustments needed to make it perfect.
Please note: If you decide to use a different photo and would like us to create a new design from it, a $15 design fee applies.
We won’t start production until you’re 100% happy with the design, because your satisfaction is our top priority!

We are 100% committed to bringing your vision for the artwork to life, which is why your satisfaction is guaranteed before your order goes into production. With free unlimited revisions, you’re welcome to share your feedback and be as detailed as you wish, and we’ll carefully incorporate any changes needed to make the design perfectly match your expectations.
