PRYDZ (also referred to as "we" "us") in this document are deeply committed to protect and care for the data of our users and customers. We also enforce all the applicable necessary law and restrictions.
Using our website, service and/or buying our products constitutes your acceptance of our Policy. Should you not agree with this, do not use any of our products or services.
This policy applies to all data that PRYDZ processes during the provision of our services.
The usage of cookies
Like most website we utilize "cookies". A cookie is a small file that is stored on your computer (by your browser) and store text based values. The information stored in those files is used to be able to provide a good persisting customer experience i.e. not showing "welcome" messages the second time you visit the website, storing products in your cart, your choices of language or currency. PRYDZ's website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
Our website is still usable without the use of cookies but it will have a negative effect on the user experience.
Automatic collection of data
When using this website we can collect information regarding the usage of our services with the purpose of creating a good overall user experience and providing relevant information in marketing. The information is stored in an anonymized state meaning that is not tied to any personal information.

We use facebook for "behavior and targeted marketing" as part of pursuing our legitimate interest to maintain and develop our businesses. Facebook will on our behalf via a tracking pixel collect information regarding your usage of our services.

Manually provided personal data
When you create an account, make a purchase, request information or otherwise interact with us, we may ask for information to be able to fulfill your request. PRYDZ processes personal data to perform our contractual obligations and to comply with legal obligations. Furthermore, we process personal data to pursue our legitimate interest to maintain and develop our business.
Examples of what we may ask for:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- Your street address and phone number.
- In specific cases usernames and passwords, feedback, age, gender and language.
We advertise using photos from real customers to show real life results with the best accuracy possible. This is crucial for our store as most customers are afraid to purchase if they are not given photos to compare with the artwork. With that being said, we store, share and advertise designs and photos from our customers. However, if a customer asks us not to when placing the order, we delete them after shipping the order. No other personal information will ever be shown on advertisement.
Data processing for payments
An essential part of the services provided by us is for you to be able to purchase our goods and services. We do this using partners that we have rigorously evaluated in terms of security and compliance.
PRYDZ do never store or process information such as, but not limited to, credit card numbers or bank accounts. Any such information entered on our website or as part of our services is only processed by the payment gateway.

The Sports on Lyne mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by PRYDZ (“Sports on Lyne”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Sports on Lyne’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sports on Lyne through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sports on Lyne. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18447304801 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Sports on Lyne mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Your rights regarding personal data
Individuals right to erasure of personal data
Upon request individuals have the right, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) "to be forgotten". We store and process Personal Data on third party service provider's servers ("Data Hosting Providers") that we have evaluated to have state of the art security measures and that complies with applicable laws and restrictions. Such servers are located in the European Union and/or the United States of America. We have strict internal policies and guidelines to address privacy and security matters (proactive and reactive risk management, security and privacy engineering and assessments). We take appropriate steps to address the risk of data loss and other possible risks represented by the processing and the nature of the data being protected. Also, we limit the access to our databases containing personal data only to authorized persons having a justified need to access such information.

By using our Services, you give us the consent to store, process and transfer your Personal Data, that we have collected outside of your country of residence to the countries where Data Hosting Provider's servers are located.

Nonetheless, We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us with information in connection with the program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 and The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) allow users of the program who are California or European Union residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of the information you provide through the Program to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
